Participants can look forward to waking up in De Stilte’s luxury glamping tents, each tent is thoughtfully positioned within the venue. Each luxury tent includes two beds with beautiful white linen, towels, chairs, bedside tables, lights, a cellphone charging point, and more. The Luxury tents share beautifully crafted wooden bathrooms that blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Here, guests can unwind and enjoy a touch of luxury in the heart of nature.

CLASSIC GLAMPING ACCOMMODATION

Participants can look forward to waking up in luxury, fully furnished Glamping tents temporarily set up for the event with beautiful valley views. The temporary glamping tents are each paired with private, safari-style ablution facilities for added convenience. Inside each tent, guests will find two comfortable beds dressed in crisp white linen, towels, chairs, bedside tables, rechargeable lights, a power bank for charging cellphones, and other thoughtful touches designed to elevate the glamping experience.

Entry includes accommodation for two people sharing (*Single option available).

When clicking on the installment plan option, 30% of your total entry amount will be due immediately to secure your entry. The remainder of your outstanding amount will be debited over two installments.
Please make sure that your entry payments are up to date. You will have 7 days to make your payment after the due date. If you miss a payment you will forfeit your entry.
All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the event date.

Organising such an event has many challenges and can’t be left to the last minute. The refund policy schedule is based on certain suppliers that have been paid leading up to the preparation of the event.

Every aspect of the event is meticulously planned and synchronised with suppliers, partners, medical staff , entertainers, photographers, catering staff and assistants who need time to adapt to date not even taking in account the financial aspect, whereas most of these parties have been paid in advance to ensure their services. Without these key people and planning we cannot host a safe and enjoyable event.

  • All substitutions made are charged at R250 per rider.
  • Refunds up to 90 days prior to the event will be refunded at 75% of entry fee.
  • Refunds up to 60 days prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of entry fee.
  • No refunds 60 days or less before the event date.
  • Entries are transferable until 14 days prior to the event. (If you do a substitution your substituted participant will receive the merchandise size that was selected on your original entry)

*Entries can’t be transferred to the following year.
*No Exceptions including medical conditions and infectious diseases.

Yes, companions are very welcome. They can share a luxury tent with you and will enjoy the whole experience with you. The fee for a non-rider companion to join you in your tent will be R9450 per person. Only two persons are allowed per tent.

Yes, but only 40 days before the event. Thereafter clothing orders are placed and no changes can be made.
Clothing sizes are selected during the online entry process before checking out and paying.
Please note that the new substituted participant will receive the clothing size of the initial outgoing participant unless this is changed 40 days before the event.

No, Cherry Glamping has quality white linen in a comfortable and luxurious tent with tasteful furniture and attention to detail.

It’s always a good idea to have your medical aid card with you. Although signal is not always available, it is wise to take your phone with you.

Even though this is a glamping village power is still restricted as the venue runs on solar power and backup generators.

There are usb charging facilities for cellphones in all tents however please bring your own chargers.

E-Bikes will be charged from the backup generators. Please note generators will be switched off at 21:00 daily. Please plug in your bike as soon as you finish your ride.
