ACCOMMODATION
Participants will stay in the complimentary luxury tented accommodation, including permanent or temporary tents at De Stilte Farm or a Guest House nearby, depending on the entry choice made. The glamping tents are fully furnished along with crisp white linen and luxe finishings overlooking the Boontjiesrivier stream. There are permanent shower and toilet facilities.
Participants can look forward to waking up in permanent luxury glamping tents, set on wooden decks alongside a mountain stream. The venue features permanent shower and toilet facilities for added comfort. Each luxury tent includes two beds with beautiful white linen, towels, chairs, bedside tables, lights, a cellphone charging point, and more.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Expect to indulge in delicious local Cape cuisine with live music in the background. Daily craft beer and wine tastings can be expected as guests make their way through the rolling hills of Tulbagh.
Friday: Light lunch, sunset wine tasting en route, mouthwatering paella for dinner
Saturday: Continental breakfast, Home made burgers for lunch, Afternoon olive tasting in the olive orchards along with wine and snacks, Dinner will be a long table affair with slow cooked food from the fire.
Sunday: Pastry party and coffee

Water is supplied at the water points and, consumption during each stage. There will also be still water at the venue for you to help yourself at any time.








SUPPORT AND SERVICES
We have backup support each day should you not be able to run any further and medical staff on the route as well as at the finish to assist incase you sustain an injury.
Trained medical personnel will be on the route to handle any emergencies as well as at the finish. More serious cases will be transferred to a local hospital, where a more comprehensive service is available. Please remember to carry the details of your medical insurance with, in case of hospitalisation.
An airport shuttle service will be departing from Cape Town International Airport at 11:00 on Friday. The drop-off shuttle for Sunday will depart at 09:00 to arrive at the airport at 11:30. Should you wish to make use of this service, it is available to book along with your entry online at R400 pp.
